MARY'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 c. melted butter
5 c. powdered sugar
4 c. natural peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar

TOPPING:

2 pkgs. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter

Thoroughly mix together first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl soften butter and chocolate chips in microwave. Spread peanut butter mixture in large 9"x13" cake baking dish and cover with chocolate mixture. After it hardens slightly, score with knife the size of pieces you want. It is easier to cut later. I usually refrigerate mine. You can also make teaspoon size balls and flatten in muffin papers and then cover with chocolate. Makes about 70 muffin size pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
