PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
4 tbsp. softened butter
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Mix sugar, peanut butter and butter with spoon or hand. Spoon into muffin tins (use paper liners). Melt chocolate chips, spoon over peanut butter mixture, covering lightly. Spread to cover. Leave at room temperature for 2 hours to set. These can be made in mini muffin tins or 9 x 9 inch pan and cut into squares.
