MEAT SAUCE 
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 bay leaves
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano

Brown meat in oil; add chopped pepper and onions. Cook about 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer 3 to 4 hours. Add water, if necessary. Serve on spaghetti.
