RITA'S PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. salt
1 can tomato sauce
1 can whole tomatoes
1 soup can water
Bay leaves
Peas (opt.)

Combine the meat, rice, onion and salt; mix well. Form into balls. Place into a deep baking dish. Combine soups and water, pour over meatballs. Add bay leaves (and peas). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or cook in crock pot for 12 hours on low.
