1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. minced onion 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. rice, uncooked 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 cans tomato soup Combine ingredients, except tomato soup. Shape into balls and put into roaster. Pour tomato soup over balls. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cover and continue to bake for 30 minutes more at 375 degrees. |
