GREEN BEAN CURRY 
1 lb. green beans, sliced
1 med. onion
2 tsp. curry powder
Cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. salt
1 med. tomato
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. crushed ginger-garlic
Peas or potatoes can be added

Heat oil in a pot; add cinnamon sticks, then onions. Wait until golden brown. Add curry powder, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and lastly the green beans and salt. Cook 5 minutes on high heat. Add 1/2 cup of water, cook for 1/2 hour on medium heat. Serve with rice.
