GREEK PORK CHOP 
Pork chops
Onion powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
Zucchini
Onion

Brown thick pork chops in frying pan in oil with fresh garlic and onion powder. Place in covered roaster with zucchini (sliced thick), onion (sliced thin), 8 ounce can tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Meanwhile cook rice in chicken stock or water. Mix together and serve.
