CRANBERRY CAKE 
1 white or yellow cake mix
6 oz. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
oil

Fill a 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/2 inch of oil. Pile cake mix in middle of pan. Make a hole on top of the pile. Break eggs into hole. Add sugar and milk. Mix well. Add cranberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
