FANCY PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops (or however many you need to feed your family)
1 tbsp. oil
6 onion slices
6 green pepper rings
1 can tomato soup
Rice (you may use Minute Rice)

Season pork chops however you like. Brown chops in a heavy skillet in oil. Place an onion slice and a green pepper ring on each chop. Inside green pepper ring place about 1 tablespoon of raw rice. Pour soup in pan and dilute with water to make juice. Cover a few minutes and let rice steam a little to set. Then baste with tomato soup. Keep covered and continue to baste until rice is cooked. You may want to use 2 cans of soup if you prefer more juice. Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until rice is done. Serves 4 to 6.
