DELL'S PORK CHOP DINNER 
8-10 thick pork chops
8-10 bell pepper rings 1" thick
8-10 onion slices 1/8" thick
Cooked rice
2 cans whole tomatoes
Salt & pepper

Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown chops in skillet. Place pork chops in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Place 1 onion slice on each chop. Place 1 bell pepper slice on each onion slice. Fill each pepper slice with cooked rice. Squeeze juice from tomatoes and set tomatoes aside.

Pour juice from tomatoes (along with juice in can) over rice. Chop tomatoes and arrange around pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until onion and pepper are done. Uncover and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Serves 8-10.
