INDIVIDUAL PORK CHOP DINNERS | |
4 pork chops 2 tbsp. oil Pepper to taste 1 sm. onion, sliced 2 med. potatoes, sliced 1/4 lb. corn on cob 1 tsp. dill 1/4 c. butter 4 pieces of foil, 16 x 12 inches Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet brown pork chops in oil. Season with pepper. Place pork chop on foil. Place 1/4 of onion slices and potato slices on each pork chop. Place 1 ear of corn next to pork chop. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon dill weed over each dinner. Top with 1 tablespoon butter. Seal each dinner in the foil. Place packets on a jelly roll pan. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until corn is hot and meat is tender. Makes 4 servings. |
