SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 can chicken broth
1 can tomato soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
1/2 green pepper, chopped coarsely
1/2 med. onion, chopped coarsely
Salt and pepper
Pinch of parsley
1 Tempo Swedish Meatball Mix (or 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs)
1/2 c. milk

Mix 3 soups, salt and pepper, in a pan. Heat on stove top until boiling.

Mix ground chuck, Tempo mix (or bread crumbs) and milk. Form into meatballs and drop into boiling soups. Simmer and cover partially for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

If you want you can place boiling soup mixture in a crock pot with meatballs, and partially cover on low heat for the day.

You may also want to add 1 tablespoon flour and 1/4 cup water to mixture to thicken it.
