FLOATING PEACH COBBLER 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. canned peaches, sweetened

Melt butter in 9 inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, and milk; pour over melted butter but DO NOT STIR. Pour peaches and juice over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until well browned.
