CRANBERRY COFFEE CAKE | |
1 stick butter (soft) 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. flour 1 tsp. almond flavor 1 c. sour cream 7 oz. can whole cranberries 1 c. chopped nuts ICING: 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 tsp. almond flavor 1 tbsp. warm water Beat together butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and soda mixed together. Add almond flavor and sour cream. Beat well. Pour 1/2 batter into 10 inch tube pan (greased). Spread cranberries and nuts. Cover with rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Ice. |
