CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 - 3 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 cans Chinese noodles
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. cashew nuts
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 cans mushroom soup
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 med. can mushrooms

Mix all ingredients together except for one can of noodles. Put in 9"x13" casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining can of noodles over the top. Dot with butter. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
