CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. water chestnuts, diced

Combine all ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch dish and top with: 1 1/2 c. corn flakes 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
