1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 lb. egg noodles 1 tsp celery seed 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 16 oz Colby long horn cheese Brown ground beef, green peppers, celery seed and onion and drain. Add, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and noodles. Bring to boil then simmer med heat until noodles done. Pour into buttered casserole dish and layer with cheese.
