“FRANK AND JOHNNY'S CHICKEN” IS IN:

FRANK AND JOHNNY'S CHICKEN 
This recipe is very flexible. Adjust the quantities to serve how many people you want.

chicken tenderloins or split chicken breasts
FRANK'S® RedHot original hot sauce
Johnny's chicken & pork seasoning
cornflakes cereal

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove skin from chicken breasts (if needed) and set aside.

Place cornflakes in a Ziploc bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin. Add Johnny's chicken & pork seasoning, to taste.

Pour hot sauce into a bowl. Dip chicken breasts in FRANK'S® hot sauce, then coat in seasoned cornflakes.

Place into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 165°F.

Variation: Use Frosted Flakes instead of cornflakes for some extra crunch!
