2 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 c. cider vinegar

Boil until it spins a thread, then add 1 cup cider vinegar. Let cool and refrigerate in a GLASS jar.
