18 oz. jar cooked Great Northern beans
1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
14 oz. bottle catsup
3 tbsp. mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 lg. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients. Place in a casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 5-6 hours. Cover last hour. Can also be heated in a crock pot overnight, uncovered.
