BEEF STROGANOFF 
1-1 1/2 lb. choice round sirloin or tenderloin (trimmed)

Cut into 1 inch x 1/4 inch strips. 1 garlic clove Salt, if needed 1/4 c. mushrooms 2 tbsp. butter

Brown lightly. Add beef and brown. Dash pepper 5 tsp. sherry 1/4 c. chili sauce 2 tsp. flour

Mix well. Place in baking pan with meat. Bake until tender (about 1 hour) at 325 degrees. Can be cooked on stove top. When ready to serve, stir in 1 cup sour cream. Serve over rice. 4-5 servings.
