STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 lb. box manicotti shells
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded, reserve 1/2 c.
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, reserve 1 1/2 c.
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 clove minced garlic
Minced onion
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce

Boil manicotti shells, drain. In large bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread small amount of spaghetti sauce on bottom. Stuff shells; fitting closely in pan. Pour remaining sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. When done, sprinkle remaining cheeses on top. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes until melted.
