HOLIDAY VEGETABLE & CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 (15 oz.) can white corn
1 (15 oz.) can French cut green beans, drained
1 can celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped very fine
1 stalk celery, chopped very fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans, optional

Combine all ingredients, except crackers, butter and pecans. Turn into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix together crushed crackers, butter and pecans. Sprinkle on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

(May vegetable casseroles including this can become main dishes by adding canned or leftover chicken, turkey or ham.)
