VEGETABLE AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 bag California blend vegetables
8 oz. Velveeta
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables, drain and place in casserole. Melt butter and pour over vegetables. Slice cheese and place on top. Crush crackers and sprinkle over. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is browned.
