SESAME SEED FRIED CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken wings (we use boneless chicken)
4 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
5 tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs
2 stalks green onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Pour mixture over chicken and marinate at least 3 to 5 hours or overnight turning 2 to 3 times.

Heat about 1 inch oil in skillet (electric skillet works great for this). Deep fry until golden brown. May be eaten hot or cold. We think it is best when cold.
