Oh man, used this recipe my first time ever making banana bread! Me and my family could of ate the whole thing the first time it was so delicious!! I used a 9x9 glass Pyrex and used 3 tsp. baking powder instead of baking soda! But it took 45 minutes at 350°F. I will be using this recipe and passing it on that's for sure. 5 stars!

Love this recipe, I make at least one every week! I have the last few weeks added about 1/2 cup of applesauce, you may want to try.

Good recipe, I altered slightly. I used 4 frozen and thawed bananas, instead of 1 c. sugar I used 1/2 cup. Also for the oil only used 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 c. apple sauce. Forgot one thing, I added 1 tsp. vanilla. Super moist and delicious, even with half the sugar.

Made this recipe with 2 cups King Arthur gluten free flour blend. I also added 1 1/2 tsp. xantham gum. Came out moist and tasty. Not too dense and gummy like other recipes.
