4 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 3/4 c. milk 2 eggs 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1 c. sugar Mix first 4 ingredients. Add butter, milk and eggs. Mix and knead at least 6 minutes. Roll in walnut size balls and let stand for 20 minutes. Roll thin and fry in deep fat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. |
