STREUSEL COFFEECAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. flour
2 eggs
2/3 c. warm water
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 can fruit pie filling, of your choice

Mix 1 1/2 cups of cake mix with yeast, flour, eggs and water. Spread in greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with can of pie filling. Mix melted butter with remaining cake mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie filling.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
