1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs

Mix cake mix with butter and egg. Pour on bottom of cake pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of cake. Bake 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
