LEMON CHESS CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box lemon cake mix with pudding
1 box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten

Beat 1 egg. Add melted butter. Add cake mix. Pat out in an oblong pan. Mix 3 beaten eggs, box of confectioners' sugar, softened cream cheese, vanilla and nuts in a bowl. Pour over top of first layer. Cook 35 minutes or until brown at 325 degrees.
