1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

Mix well and pat into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix the above three ingredients and spread on top of cake mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
