1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chestnuts

Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and 1 stick melted butter. Pat into 9 x 13 inch cake pan, sprinkle with 1 cup chestnuts. Mix 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 box confectioners' sugar and spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
