1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs

Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Pat into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Mix together confectioners sugar, cream cheese and 3 eggs. Pour over cake mixture. Sprinkle with pecan pieces (lots of them). Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly brown.
