CORN CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. butter, melted
4 c. corn
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded

Saute onion and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until corn is done. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
