SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 c. coconut; optional
1/2 c. raisins; optional

Mix together.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour, self rising

Mix topping ingredients and pour over the first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
