3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Mix all ingredients and pour in casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix well and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
