3 c. grated sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. raisins, if desired
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Combine above ingredients. Stir well. Bake in greased uncovered baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 15 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serves 6-8.
