SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked (can use canned)
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. bourbon
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

TOPPING:

1 c. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
Pinch of cloves

Mix ingredients for topping together.

Beat potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. In buttered 2 quart casserole, add mixture. Top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered and 10 minutes uncovered. 16 servings. Can be made ahead and cover with foil for up to 2 days, refrigerated. Have at room temperature before baking.
