SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes, fresh or canned
1/2 lb. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. imitation butter flavor

Combine above ingredients and mix well. Spread in greased 9x13 pan.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar frosted flakes, crumbled
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
