1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. soft butter 1 c. flour 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2 (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk 1 c. Cool Whip Mix together pecans, butter and flour for crust. Put into greased 9x11 inch pan and bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Put over crust. Chill. Mix chocolate pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill. Frost with 1 cup Cool Whip. |
