1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. butterscotch chips
2 oz. German chocolate, grated
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix first 6 ingredients together; stir in next 4 ingredients and mix well. Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven using a greased and floured bundt pan. Ice with your favorite chocolate icing.
