1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Melt butter, mix with flour and spread in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Press 3/4 cup chopped pecans into butter and flour crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then mix 1 cup 10x sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip, and 8 ounce cream cheese.

Mix and spread on crust. Mix according to package, 1 package instant chocolate and 1 package instant vanilla pudding plus 3 cups milk. Spread on sugar/Cool Whip layer. Allow pudding to set up. Top with a layer of Cool Whip (12 ounce) container.
