BROCCOLI - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 med. onions, grated
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
2 c. crushed croutons
1 tbsp. sage
1/4 c. butter
Paprika

Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain. Combine cream of chicken soup and mushroom soup, 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, half or grated onion and garlic; mix into broccoli. Place in a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Mix together crushed croutons, sage, and remaining grated onion; brown mixture in butter, adding hot water to moisten. Spread over broccoli and sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top. Garnish with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
