BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 jar (8 oz.) pasteurized cheese spread
1/4 c. milk
4 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
1/3 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. bacon bits

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet melt butter. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in cheese spread and milk until combined.

2. Drain broccoli and squeeze out excess liquid. In shallow 2 quart baking dish combine broccoli and cheese sauce.

3. Toss croutons, cheese and bacon. Sprinkle on top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
