SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 can salmon, drained
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 eggs
1/2 c. cornmeal

Form into small patties and fry. Serve with White Sauce.

WHITE SAUCE:

Heat 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon of butter over a low heat. When butter melts, use flour to thicken. If it starts to clump, thin with water. Salt and pepper to taste.
