SALMON CROQUETTES 
16 oz. can salmon
1 egg or egg substitute
1/3 c. minced onions
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Drain salmon except for 2 tablespoons; set aside. Mix egg, salmon and onions. Then stir in flour. Add baking powder to salmon juice. Mix all together and make into patties. Fry in hot oil.
