TUNA OR SALMON CROQUETTES 
2 eggs
2 cans tuna or 1 lg. can salmon, drained
3/4-1 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Onions, chopped (as many as you like)

Mix together thoroughly. Form into patties and drop into (small amount) hot grease. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
