SALMON OR TUNA MOUSSE 
In medium saucepan, sprinkle 2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatin over 1 cup liquid (water, chicken broth or reserved liquid from salmon or tuna). Let stand 1 minute until softened. Stir over low heat until dissolved (approximately 5 minutes), softened. Stir over low heat until dissolved (approximately 5 minutes).

Blend in blender or food processor at high speed until well blended: 1 sm. onion, quartered 1/2 med. cucumber, peeled & seeded 1 c. heavy cream 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. salt
