FORGOTTEN ROAST 
4 lb. rump roast (boned, rolled & tied)
1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)
1 can cream of celery soup

Wipe roast and lay on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle on onion soup mix. Pour soup on top. Wrap foil around roast. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours. When you open it you will find it has made its own gravy. No more seasoning needed.
