COMPANY SALAD 
2 boxes Jello (orange or apricot)
1 (15-16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 bananas
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
Cool Whip or Dream Whip
Grated cheese, optional
9 x 13 inch pyrex dish

Dissolve Jello in 3 cups hot water, let it partially cool then add drained pineapple (reserve the juice), bananas and marshmallows. Mix together in saucepan sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice. Heat until thickened and let cool, then stir in Cool Whip and spread on top. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if preferred.

Note: You can add 6-8 ounce cream cheese if desired to topping while warm before adding Cool Whip.
